3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Free Trial Conversions
If you were charged after a free trial period ended and you intended to cancel, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge. To avoid future charges, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
a) Subscription periods that have already been fully used
b) Purchases made more than 14 days ago (unless required by applicable consumer protection law)
c) Accounts terminated for Terms of Use violations
6. Consumer Rights
This Money Back Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If your jurisdiction provides for a longer refund period or additional consumer protections, those rights take precedence.
