Subscription Terms
1. Subscription Plans
PalmReading offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional reading categories, detailed insights, and exclusive features. Available plans and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial, you will have full access to premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee.
Each user is eligible for only one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same as your current plan price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
a) Contact our support team via the Contact Us page
b) Send a cancellation request via email
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until your current period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
6. Subscription Modifications
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or if payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts.
