Payment Terms
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and other payment methods as made available through our third-party payment processor. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed or active subscriptions until renewal.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. PalmReading does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
4. Authorization
By providing your payment information, you authorize PalmReading (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to charge your payment method again within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Taxes
Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes associated with your purchase, unless otherwise stated.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing disputes promptly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
8. Currency Conversion
If your payment method is denominated in a currency different from the purchase currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. PalmReading is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution.
